Welcome to the Music of the 60s and 70s Online Music Archive.
To hear music and browse lyrics from a specific lecture, click one of the links below, then click on a song to view it in the collection. The song should start playing as soon as the page loads. The song pages also include lyrics, so you can follow along as you listen.
Select songs are accompanied by sheet music as well as lyrics. To view sheet music while the song is playing, first select view: document description from the menu on the left and click go, then click Access This Item to launch the MP3 in a new window. You can then click on a sheet music page (called Page 1, Page 2, etc.) in your original window and have the music play in the background.
You can also search the collection for specific songs, artists, albums, dates, or lyrics.
To view films, simply click on the link to the film, and Quicktime should open. If this does not happen automatically, open Quicktime manually, and, under the File menu, select "Open URL...". Drag or copy and paste the link into the "Movie URL" space and click "OK".
